X-ray System for Refractories
"DDNDT" X-ray inspection System for Refractories consists of an X-ray detector, image intensifier (or line array, flat panel imager), image processing system, multi-axis detection platform, and lead protection room.
The system has adopted a combination of standardized and personalized design concepts. Featuring a compact size, a high degree of integration, excellent image clarity, and easy and user-friendly operation. By utilizing high-frequency & high-voltage and digital control technology, the system is especially suitable for static or dynamic non-destructive testing of loose, porosity, slag, and other defects occurring in refractory materials, non-metallic materials, and low-density alloy pieces.
